sammie lunch

Of course, one of the best things about a roast chicken dinner is making sandwiches the next day!

I'm digging this new ezekiel bread, made with sprouted grains...

...and the chance to eat up some of the pea shoots too!


Today's lunch: chicken salad sandwich with red onion, avocado and pea shoots on sprouted whole grain bread.

Thank you roast chicken, the gift that keeps on giving...can't wait to make some steamy chicken noodle soup!
